Guest guest
My heart rate is usually 65 beats per minute, even when I'm very short of breath. My doctor checked my TSH and T4 and maybe T3 late August. I got a copy of it but didn''t see T3. My T4 in June, before iodine, was 16.4 and late August after a month of iodine, it was 13 which he said was still in the normal range. I believe the change in the numbers means my thyroid is functioning better, but still don't understand it all. Does anyone know if a naturopath will check the thyroid levels, or do I need my GP to do that? And one more question. I've been taking 3 brazil nuts each day because I've researched that that amount of nuts contains the right amount of selenium. Should I take the nuts or get a supplement? Thanks!
