Guest guest
Natural Doc did a battery of bloodwork for minerals(cal, mag,d,potass, etc.) hormones, etc. She said all your liver levels look good, healthy. But my RT3's came back very very high. She is going to put me on a natural Cytomel(T3) and see if it works--if not something is blocking the receptor--(like bromides?)She is fine with the iodine protocol, but isn't iodine literate. She thinks I might need surgery(smile). With this RT3 problem(TSH is .9) what should I look for or alter, if anything, in my iodine protocol(250mg Iodoral, 1/2tsp unrefined salt/water for adrenals, 400selenium,600mag, 2-3,000 liposomal Vitamin C(97%bioavailable)plus strong multivitamin. Do I need to add anything--what does " poor diet " mean, as far as raising T3? I am almost completely off sugars, eat very little meat, a little bread(unbromated)distilled water, veggies, some fruit and a whopping protein/nutrient shake 2x a day. Thank you very much.
