Guest guest
I just heard that someone who is very health conscious and likes getting all her nutrients from whole foods instead of supplements eats the seeds of one apple daily. She claims that that takes care of her daily iodine requirements .She had thyroid problems years ago and now is fine. Has anyone heard if here is any basis to this?
