Today when I was doing salt loding, I noticed there were some tiny shiny

insolvable flakes on the bottom of my glass cup. I guess it is the same thing we

can find in sand.I am wondering if they are harmful to our body? I am using the

unrefined salt to cook all my food. The salt brand is Sel Marin (Unrefined sea

salt from Brittany) from Whole Food.

Any inputs are highly appreciated!
