I think I asked not to long ago but lost the link for suggestions for vitamins

for children. I have a 12(who is almost as tall as I am) yr old, 10yr old, 7yr

old and 4 yr old.

What do you all suggest? I am looking for something that is not in gummy form.

Powder form would be preferrable, or chewable.

As for iodine what do you all do with your children? Which kind do you suggest

and how much?

Powdered vitamin C is very sour. There are liposomal vitamin C products (including the one sold on the breastcancerchoices site) which are a thick liquid that can be dissolved (more or less) in juice, if your child can tolerate the soy lecithin with which it is made. (There are also instructions on the web for making your own liposomal vitamin C, which is worth checking out if it works for you, because the stuff is spendy.) Supposedly this form is more readily absorbed by the body, so you can take a smaller dose & get the same benefit.AnneOn Sep 21, 2010, at 10:42 AM, reedfamilypa wrote: I think I asked not to long ago but lost the link for suggestions for vitamins for children. Speaking of Vitamin C. I've been reading about absorbic acid and how its not a

natural form of vitamin C. Is there a big difference, minor difference, really

no difference at all? I've came across Vitamin C tablets that are made from

whole foods.
