Tyrosine?

Sorry if this was asked and answered, but I'm starting with abou 1.12mcg of tyrosine. I have no idea if that's very much, the independent tyrosine for sale look like 500mg? I wonder if I can go to far on this stuff, or if it has it's own side effects? I just have low protien in my blood(and don't eat beef). I suspect I could probably take a very decent dose that may help me with this, if there is a direct correlation with tyrosine deficiency(still need to research).
