Guest guest
Well, here I am again, still struggling with how to get the recommended amounts of C without using isolated or non-food products or breaking the bank (for something like camu camu powder). Does anyone know of the rationale behind using C with the iodine protocol? Is it the antioxidant activity of C that is needed? I ask because, while I get only a fraction of the recommended C in my diet, I do get huge amounts of antioxidants in my diet (42 oz. fresh veggie juice daily plus a big fruit smoothie including blueberries). So I'm wondering if I can relax a bit on on the C question. Any thoughts for me?
