Guest guest
Gail - thanks for the before and after pics. The spine looks good and straight! That right lung looks a bit bigger, which is great. I'm always interested in seeing how different the xrays look. She has some assymmetry all the way down that right side, especially her right pelvis. Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Guest guest
Gail, Wow!! What was the degree of her curve before and after? She has a high curve like Kylie. I had to laugh when I saw the doll in the x-ray, we've had lots of x-rays with dolls in them! --- " Gail M. Guest guest
Gail, looks awesome. I would post Mo's, but they don't do it justice. Since she spent 9 month in the halo she could barely stand on her own when they took the afters (plus they had just pulled an IV out of her foot), and her befores were in traction!!!! I hope to post the before's mids and afters once we have all three in. That way the traction xrays and the afters should look the same. We have two more inches to get back. I'm still waiting to hear a date. How is doing? Did you find a way to keep the antibiotics in?? Tell her Hello for us. Love, Shellie"Gail M. Guest guest
is doing great! yesterday she walked up the stairs by herself. She walks very slowly and with kind of an odd gait, but I am assuming that is just her body and equilibrium readjusting. As for the antibiotic, we ended up having to switch her to Erythromycin and she is keeping it down - yay! She just could not tolerate the other in liquid or powder and since I don't see the point in giving it to her when she is throwing it up, I insisted we get another one. I know she still hurts, but won't take the codeine either, although I did put some in her apple juice this morning. Gail Re: Before and after Gail, looks awesome. Guest guest
Glad to hear that she is slowly adjusting to everything. I am sure she'll start adjusting really quickly now. Guest guest
That is great news that she is doing better That is ironic Erythromycin is usually the one in the family that causes the most stomach upset so go ... Guest guest
Hi Gail, Great to hear how well is doing. I suppose it isn't the codeine making her throw up. I know my daughter couldn't take codeine at all and we had to go back to paracetemol. Great xrays. What a difference. Bert"Gail M. Guest guest
, I've been browsing through the early messages and saw a post about your " Before and After " photos, though at that time I think the " after " wasn't so very long after you started iodine. Unfortunately, the link to the photos was no longer operative, so I didn't get to see them. Anyway, that was all about four years ago, and I'm wondering if you have continued to get such dramatic results to this day. I know from recent posts that you've had huge advances in terms of health, but I'm wondering if there's been a continuing cosmetic blessing as well.
