Guest guest
In the book “Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Syndrome” there is a very good chapter on magnesium. It is what your body uses to make progesterone. A great book! Guest guest
Magnesium and cocoa:http://www.astrologyzine.com/healthy-chocolate.shtml A local health food store can order raw cocoa for me for about $14 lb. I don't use it for my baking as that would defeat the purpose of buying it raw, but at 1/4 t. per cup of water, it goes a long way. I suppose you could put it inside a capsule if you can't have any sweetener, but stevia extract is supposedly 300x the sweetness of sugar and has no effect on blood glucose. >> i just went to the foot doc and we talked about my bursitis, spurs and > the shape of my foot in relation to charcot joint. i also mentioned i > get a lot of leg cramps, severe and he said that leg cramps are very > often related to low quinine. he said there are quinine pills and also > club soda, (ick) without the rum or whatever they can keep the club > soda, plus "soda" makes my legs and feet swell. anyway before i forgot > i wanted to just mention the quinine thing because as far as i am > concerned, anything to get rid of the leg cramps.> > diane, near philly, pa>
