Iodine and muscle/joint problems

I haven't felt good since 1988 when I got Lyme disease. Migraines, muscle and

joint problems and pain, brain fog, stupidity, foggy vision, depression, heart

flipping and jumping and skipping, horrible pms and period, constant yeast

infections, difficulty going to work, being stuck to the couch on days off, etc,

etc. I've been on low carb diets, yeast free diets and gluten free diets. I've

been to Md after Md, two psychiatrists, one psychologist, a DO and 3

chiropractors. It has been only my own frequent research online that has gotten

me to where I am today. And that is this forum. Thank you. I think this

Iodine knowledge is going to allow me to live.

I am a musician. I have struggled to continue my craft through these years. I

went 5 years without playing the instrument I loved and was told I would never

be able to play again. I learned another instrument during that time that was

not so hard on my shoulder. I have since had a stand devised for my instrument

and continue to play with much less pain. Since taking the Iodoral I have

actually been pain free a couple of days (which is a miracle!) but when I

played, the pain was there again. It seemed like I needed a lot more Iodoral

after/during playing. Does expending energy require more Iodoral? Have I just

not reached my optimal dose? Can I look forward to painless playing in the

future?
