Dilute Lugol's before applying on skin?

Hi, I'll be starting iodine next week after I do the liver flush.

I have the 7% Lugol's, and I want to apply it topically. Do I just apply a drop

with the dropper and then smear on a little coconut oil? Or do I need to dilute

it first?

When I was painting my breasts with Lugol's I would use a watercolor paintbrush to apply it. I would wear an old t-shirt to bed because it stained.
