I have been on thyroid meds for years. Same dosage.. yearly blood tests.

All of a sudden back in Nov ( prior to my even considering upping my iodine)

after reviewing my bloods my Doctor says he needs to cut my meds in half.

Neither of us know why this happened.

I tend to try natural remedies and all that I was doing different was consuming

2 Tbsp of ACV with 2 or 3 Tbsp of organic honey with a little cinnamon added for

taste... thats it ! I never thought to attribute the mixture to my thyroid...

but maybe.

My multi had 150 mcg of potassium iodide. No big deal right ? Not enough to

alter my thyroid condition ?

Any opinions ?

Wow! That is great. Congratulations!

I may consider giving that a try.
