Question About Magnesium

I went to the website and saw magnesium sulfate and magnesium chloride. thanks donna. I am assuming that the bottle will tell you if it is o.k. to ingest orally. By the way, would it be possible to rub the Oral mag into your skin like you would with transdermal mag? Some people's bowels can't tolerate magnesium. Other ways of getting it into your body is soaking in it, or oil which is rubbed on the body. They are just alternate ways of providing our bodies with magnesium. Getting our nutrients through food is the best way

Hey . I am not sure about which one to make the mag oil. Others here will

know. Have you taken the magnesium chloride crystals dissolved in water orally?
