thyroid antibodies and iodine

i am wondering for those of you who say their thyroid antibodies went up after starting iodine were you on the iodine PROTOCOL or just iodine without the selenium etc?? our antibodies went down after starting the protocol..we did not test antibodies while detoxing but after staying at 50mg of iodoral plus selenium etc..the detoxing lasted a few weeks maybe and then stopped and antibodies went down at that point
