Timing of supplements in relation to iodine

I'm still pretty new. I've learned alot here but need some clarity. Unless I'm

mistaken, Dr. Abraham wrote something about Vitamin C & Iodine canceling each

other out or there's an absorption issue taking them too close together perhaps?

I don't recall the exact document or I'd look it up. Would someone please

clarify this for me and how much time needs to be between taking Vit. C & iodine

for optimal absorption? Also, I know it's important to take thyroid meds by

themselves first thing each AM. How long after thyroid meds can iodine be taken?

Then, if there's an issue w/iodine & vitamine C when's the best time to take the

vit.C, selenium, ATP copfactors, calcium, magnesium, etc. Then there's the salt

loading--what's the best time for that? After taking the iodine? If so, how

long after? What's the best way to juggle all this?

I've been taking ATP co-factors & selenium w/Iodoral (now up to 25 mg)around 1 pm

w/ midday meal then vitamin C, calcium & mag in evening. Does this sound like a

good plan?

Can anyone recommend a source/brand for magnesium oil? Thanks!

Martha
