Adrenals and rhythm and iodine tolerance

Hello and All,

I use rhodiola at 3 - 00 caps in the AM for all who have adrenals that are

weak....I have found that you have to do a cortisol 4 times a day in testing to

see the rhythm, and most often, there is a collapse at the 9AM to 11 AM

mark...and that causes a sic and tired feeling all day. It will take 3 to 6 mos

on the rhodiola for the adrenals to recover enough to be able to adequately

handle increases in iodine,....knock on wood here, but I have not seen it fail

yet. I recommend they take iodine as they can handle and also pregnenolone too

as it fuels cortisol production. The bulk of my clients have irregular rhythm,

with both highs and lows i cortisol throughout the day, so just picking a single

draw time is not accurate.

To your good health!
