Guest guest
I would like to start using Lugol's topically to treat a rash and to see if it makes a difference on an unsightly spot where I have some broken veins/capillaries, from an injury. Also, I thought applying it topically might help avoid the weight gain I experienced by taking only 12.5 mg orally (I can hope!). I seem to remember a discussion on here from months ago where someone said that you would need to use more Lugol's if you are going to deliver it topically than you would to get the same amount orally. Is that correct? If so, is there a way to know how much I would apply topically to get the same amount I would orally at 12.5 mg, for example? Thanks, Sherry
