Guest guest
There was a time, long, long ago that adrenal insufficiency was known, but cortisone drugs were not available. One of the things that was used was salt water drunk by the patient. Like you Steph, I too find that the salt on the tongue helps me. in WV 1b. Re: Iodine in sea saltPosted by: "ladybugsandbees" ladybugsandbees@... stephanie_a_buistDate: Thu Jan 28, 2010 10:31 am ((PST))There is a whole chapter on Adrenals and Salt in Dr. Brownstein's salt your way to health book. Adrenals regulate salt in the body. Salt is needed for the adrenals to function normally. (unrefined - refined stresses them) It's too much info to give in a nutshell in an e-mail. You need to read the book and get the context of it. I find that when my adrenals are stressed and I am tired if I pop celtic salt on my tongue it perks me up.Steph
