I'm not sure why your docs wants you on armour if you are hyper that could be an issue. Also why the antibiotics if they think you have a virus antibiotics won't do anything for viral issues. A virus affecting the thyroid is what I have and it has been debilitating for a year and I am just getting to the point of resolution with it. Typically hashis is not supposed to be painful. Subacute thyroiditis is very painful. But you do have hashis if you have the antibodies so perhaps you have hashis AND a viral infection of the thyroid that is complicating things. Thyroid cancer can be painful as well for some though. Sounds like a very complicated situation. Many people with hashis feel worse with lower doses of iodine and it sounds like you are on 25 mg and many hashis people have trouble on less than 50 mg. Other things you are going through sound consistent with candida too, but many of them are common with iodine deficiency. Have you been getting the unrefined salt, good levels of magnesium and vitamin C? If you have a goiter you need iodine, the question is how to get what all is going on with you stabilized, so you know how anything you are taking is effecting you.

Subject: goiter/nodule/hyperthyroid untreated for a long time -long

I had an ultrasound in 06 that revealed a irregular goiter, a nodule (scan), abnormal antibodies. I was told I had hashimotos. My first appt with an endocrinologist was rushed. I was given synthroid (it made all of my symptoms worse) & told it would make me feel better but I'd feel alot of muscle aches at first. I had heart palpitations very bad ear pain with burning and cysts behind them. My neck was tender, had difficulty swallowing, swelling neck caused difficulty breathing, fatigue, within time these symptoms have gotten worse. Cold hands (sweaty/clamy) and feet and nervousnes- since I was a young girl, hair loss started after I had my first baby at 17.

Also breast pain/itchiness that radiated towards the side (from 03 or 04, car accident in 02) gradually getting worse now in the back of my shoulder blade, upper shoulder (not exactly where the joint is) towards right arm. The pain goes into the bone in the wide area surrounding the shoulder blade & the arm now but the side of the breast still hurts. Someone online suggested a rare from of breast cancer--padgets disease. That was back in 07. I found my old posts yesterday & re-read them, I thought i did a search on it? The symptoms made so much sense to me. I saw a gyn that said it was normal to have breast pain. Another Dr said my painful urinating problem sounded like intersticial cysitis . That's been a problem since around 2003-2004 until now. It's permenant & there is a lingering pain that's there 24/7. The pain in the right upper back is also nonstop, it's horrible-gets so strong that I break down & cry

some of my family members with autoimmune disease did not feel good on iodine until they went up to 50 mg plus selenium and lots of magnesium and vitamin c..it seems that when they were on the lower doses the detox just dragged on and on when they made the leap to 50 mg and did some extra natural salt they were able to feel better....now 6 months later and still on 50 mg they are feeling well and have had the lowest level of antibodies they have had since diagnosed....by the way they would take the weekend off to give themselves a break and help with detoxing issues

That's been a problem since around 2003-2004 until now. It's permenant & there is a lingering pain that's there 24/7. The pain in the

right upper back is also nonstop, it's horrible-gets so strong that I break down & cry.

I regret not pushing my new Dr that I've had since the begining of 07. I think the symptoms always got the best of me. I tend to shut down & feel like a faliure everytime my Dr. wouldn't do more than prescribe a pain med or acid reducer. She did the most when I was a new patient. Ordered an ultrasound, cat scan, mri to see if it was nerve related. Since I was a child I was shy & as I became a young girl struggled with socializing and speaking out. It continued even when I was a teen, my self esteem was low. I married at 16 & have 5 children.

Even though people gave me advice. I don't think I ever got the full picture on how dangerous it really is or what really meant what. Like for example aoutoimmune disease I thought it was a seperate condition than hashimotos or graves. The levels I just recently understood b/c I ended up in the ER & was told I'm hyper my levels were a 0. The ER Dr was shocked so he ran them again just to make sure. I had seen an endocrinologist once in sept 06 & since we were having financial problems I waited to get my husbands insurance to establish care with a new local Dr. As soon as we got it I scheduled appts right away. Wasn't sure about going back to the endo since he kind of seemed annoyed when I mentioned thyroid cancer. he said there was no way I could have it- only 5% of the population got it.

I started feeling much worse than usual in the begining of January 2010. It was probably what they call a thyroid storm? My heart & blood pressure were elevated. My heart rate had been in the 50's days before this and went up to 107. Severe tiredness my neck got extremely swollen & I had difficulty breathing & eating (swallowing/ painful) my throat basically closed in on itself felt like I had a bone stuck, so hard to eat for at least 2 weeks. Extreme weakness, unbalanced , dizziness- no matter what position I was in, severe ear/neck pain, sores in back of throat that I still have and sores on inner lip. I shouldn't forget my voice became very horse. That also lasted the 2 weeks. The whole month of January was horrible I thought I wasn't going to make it to the next hour or day.

My throat is still hurting & have difficulty swallowing probably because of the goiter. even though the weakness & dizzines is much better I'm still having problems with my throat/neck/ ears & have some sores that have been there at least 3 weeks maybe more. So after googling my symptoms it indicated several things. Thyroid cancer, tonsil cancer, esophogul/larnyx cancer, toxic goiter. During my pregnancy my gallbladder gave me terrible attacks. It got better sometime after my baby was born but still pokes at me. The pain I'm having in the side of my right breast all the way towards the spine & through right arm. Sounds like the rare breast cancer disease padgets disease when it has reached the bones. From going to the ER I was referred to see a breast specialist. Got a mammogram/ultrasoun d which the

lady probably lasted about 5 minutes doing the ultrasound. The report didn't show any lumps or cysts. Except I did have lumps & I have a mass on the side, and itchiness. My new holistic Dr felt the lumps the next day. I hope the milk I still had from nursing was not a problem. Some milk came out & I told the lady performing it.

I have too many health issues that if one isn't cancerous then the other probably is. It's like trying to dodge a bullet. Going to the ER's didn't really get me anywhere. Probably b/c I have no insurance. I found out about iodoral by my holistic Dr which I chose out of desperation & because someone had left a review that he helped get rid of her goiter. The bad thing was that when I went in I probably should have been in an emergency room, I was shaky on top of my symptoms. ER Dr's looked at me like it was mainly anxiety even though I wasn't shaky, except for one Dr that knew what hyperthyroidism was- prescribed vicodin for my pain and told me to stop everything I was taking. Then refered me to see a regular endo which he wants me to be on anti-depressants? I told him that was one of the last things I'd do. He asked me nicely if I would please take

it for 3 months that I would be glad I did. I said ok-- but I honestly don't want to. All I want is to feel better for this pain to go away. Don't want to taken vicodin. Unless there is a natural pain reliever.

My holistic Dr went by lab tests that were done 6 months before, probably because he was trying to save me money, my husband is jobless. I know he meant well. This is how he started me 15mg of armour (was not on armour when I had the long month attack), 2xday 12.5 iodoral, 2xday selenium 200mg, lugols drops strong solution apply 3 times a day on thyroid & breasts (started lugols last week). Plus vitamin D 4000IU. My head will hurt when adding it. The iodoral made the pain and burning in my ears so strong. It was like my whole body had a reaction to it. I called my Dr he wasn't sure why but said that it was probably a sign that it was working. I kept taking it even if though I was in more pain and made my mouth so dry & made my throat feel tighter. When I took 2 at lunch as he suggested I felt like I was choking? So I'm

staying on 2 a day. My head has been hurting since being on these meds. My whole neck/head hurts & my jaw bone/ ears. It hurts alot right now I just took the selenium & iodoral at the same time.

I let my holistic Dr know I was hyper & not hypo- he still wanted me on iodoral & selenium & vitamin D. Since I was still having very bad weakness where I'd lay to sleep & my breathing would stop also felt like i wasn't here-very spaced out. He wanted me to get on armour 15mg. I haven't done it because when I had taken it-it caused a horrible headache that lasted all day. I think armour will make me worse, as it is I'm struggling so much to keep going.

Friday I went to a new primary Dr. he prescribed prilosec & antibiotics. he thinks I have a viral infection & acid reflux. The Er Dr thought the same thing but didn't give me anything for it. Is it possible that I've had a viral infection that has been there since 06? He ran a liver test but doesn't want to order major testing yet, b/c I don't have insurance. I don't have heartburn but I was diagnosed with h-pylori in 07 & given antibiotics. My dad insisted I take garlic tea. He always takes it. I've been doing the tea & eating the garlic for 2-3 weeks, warm salt water rinses hoping to get rid of the sores. Tried cloves for numbing. Surprisingly I found a website that said garlic helps against h-pylori. Tried making my kids eat it, they ended up spitting it out.

If I can only reverse my autoimmune disease maybe that would help that is if I don't have the big C. I have mercury fillings & that's something the Dr wants me to try & get rid of. All of my molars were filled, went in complaining of a toothache when none of my other teeth ever hurt. The dentist said I had small cavities in all of them, followed his orders & didn't have a clue they were bad or that they had white fillings.

I'm hoping someone can give me suggestions if I should add anything else to my treatment for my hyperthyroid or just get the goiter/nodules taken out. That's something I'm considering. Is there is a possibilty that iodine can harm someone that has cancer by creating more nodules or spreading it? I remember reading something like this online. Then again I have read good things about iodoral & lugols. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. So sorry for this long e-mail.

P.S. I'm thinking of leaving to Mexico with our income tax refund, to see a recommended Dr. They said I can find out in no more than 3 days everything that is wrong with me. Are there any suggestions on tests to avoid or ask for? Will I need to stop the iodoral in order to take a test?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this & for giving me the opportunity to join this group,

It was the ER Dr who said I'm hyper, he also reffered me to an endocrinologist.

The endocrinologist also told me not to take the armour. He mentioned the RAI

pill & scan for the next visit. I feel uneasy about it. Do you think that by

destroying the thyroid or taking it out there are less chances of getting cancer

or I wonder if the nodules are more likely to get it? I read of someone who was

getting a nodule taken out that wasn't cancerous & the thyroid itself was

actually cancerous even though it never showed up on the tests.

The subacute thyroiditis-the endo I saw in 06 put it down on his notes. I saw it

on the medical records I requested in Jan. I told my naturopath & he doesn't

think I have it? Is there a way to get rid of the virus? How can it be

diagnosed? I don't believe I mentioned this before...The entire right side of my

back got so swollen, strangely the swelling switched from one side to the other

twice with a sharp pain through the spine up to the back of my head. During my

pregnancy I got many bad gallbladder attacks my Dr sid it was common in pregnant

women. After I gave birth it calmed down, now it pokes at me in the middle upper

part of the stomach, every other day or some days not at all. Wow the pain in my

upper right back is so intense right now I can feel a burning & strong like

crampy aching feeling as if it's in the bones it goes all through my arm & the

side under my underarm & armpit towrds the breast. I've been putting lugols on

it to see if it helps. I wonder if it's a bad idea to appluy it in that area? I

can go to the ER but I doubt they will do an mri or something major like that,

without insurance. We used to have United health & Blue cross until my husband

was laid off last year in Feb.

Then because I have the abnormal anti-bodies does that mean I actually have

hashimotos even though my tsh is a 0.01? So people who have Graves disease don't

have abnormal antibodies?

I'm not taking any magnesium. Vitaminc C I do take alot of maybe that's what's

kept me from getting the flu. Then again the rest of my body is so sick. I had

to re-write my whole post b/c I clicked the rich-text editor before I was going

to send it I was going to change some words to bold. Where I had written the

entire list of my vitamins it was so long, took me a long time. I'll post it

later incase there is something in there I shouldn't be taking. Maybe I can get

some input?

Do you think I should continue with the vitamin D since it's like a hormone? My

husband tried an iodoral. He put it in a glass thought it would dissolve but it

never did. Since I had gallbladder attacks & my gallbladder is not 100% better.

Do you think I should drink the lugols instead? Thank you so much for your help!

I would not chose to do the RAI it is radioactive iodine and can damage your body. The subacute thyroiditis is hard to diagnose they use the RAI because when you have it there is a time period when you don't uptake as much iodine but if they happen to do the test after that phase it will uptake. They some times take a sample to see if the cells are enlarged but even that is inconclusive sometimes. When you have that form of thyroiditis there is a hyper phase, for me it was a few weeks although it was not enough that I lost any weight, I had heart palpitations, and fever, sweating, chills, diarrhea, It started with some vomiting. I did not have the any of the upper respiratory cold flu type thing that they think it starts with most of the time.

Everyone has to make their own choices I researched and very quickly knew I would stay away from an endo and no way was I going to allow them to cut out or radiate anything. surgery surely is not a cancer preventative. If you have subacute any nodules resolve themselves. In the process of the disease the cells of the thyroid actually enlarge and then they dump too much thyroid hormone (the hyper phase) and then settle into a hypo phase where the cells are gradually replaced with normal cells over several weeks or months. While you are in the wild hyper sickest phase it is hard to assess any supplements you are taking, you feel like hell no matter what. I also had a hard time really thinking clearly at the time. Several months later when I could start thinking clearly I remembered that I had lots of antiviral essential oils and started applying them to the feet to help attack the virus. They really helped a lot and helped with fungal issues too. I developed a large goiter during the process likely because of the period of low iodine uptake, on top of other signs of iodine deficiency previous to that pioint. When my body did start to use the iodine again the goiter went away and the nodules I had are fading too. During the first few months all of my salivary glands and lymph nodes were continuously swollen. Everything in my neck was such a swollen mess that at the very beginning my mom ( a nurse of 50 years) couldn't even tell my thyroid itself was swollen. I experienced waves, everything would swell up to it's most extreme then the thyroid swelling would go down and the other parts would lessen but remain swollen and then the thyroid would swell all over again and the other parts would about double in swelling from their in between levels, these phases lasted about a week to 10 days each, this process lasted for about 3 to 4 months then the waves continued but at a less acute level and with a longer time period. It was also incredibly painful with the greatest pain being during the periods of greatest swelling. Now almost a year later about once a month I am getting really mild swelling for a day or two, that is just enough to notice.

I really believe for me the iodine is a key in this illness. At times it was hard to manage my dosing and figure out what was going on with me, but just like any other type of thyroiditis the thyroid can get damaged and I think it is the iodine that has protected my thyroid and will allow me to make a full recovery. Somewhere between 5 and 15% of people end up permanently hypothyroid and since my thyroid wasn't working all that great before I got sick I feel the iodine protocol has made all the difference. The magnesium is really important it seems that I was very magnesium deficient as well as iodine and selenium. Because my gut was not doing well in uptaking several things I started to use the magnesium oil to be sure I was getting enough, although the iodine has really healed the gut issues as well as going gluten free. There seems to be a connection with many people between thyroid issues and gluten sensitivity so you may want to take that into consideration as well. It is my belief that those who are not iodine deficient would never get subacute thyroiditis. The breast pain you have is another sign of iodine deficiency.

I sure don't know when someone decided that gallbladder attacks were normal for pregnant women! I've never in my life known a woman who had gallbladder attacks while pregnant and I am 47 so when did that become so bizarre norm of pregnancy? Makes me crazy that they claim breast pain is just normal! What that means is we don't want to bother to find out why so many women get breast pain and that is just like they ignored for years all the people who we now know have fibromyalgia.

There are two different antibody tests when it comes to hashis and others on the list certainly know more about that than I do. There is a lot of different info out there on graves some people who have hashis go back and forth between hyper and hypo states and sometimes a person with undiagnosed hashis sees a doctor while in hyper state and gets diagnosed with graves. The doctors just are not very thorough they rely too much on TSH and basically most endos just don't really care about their patients.

Vitamin D is absolutely essential you need to be sure you are getting a good supply of all the basics a, b's, c, d,e and the minerals. I would not expect the iodoral to dissolve in water it is specifically made to survive the stomach and be used lower in the gut. Lugol's is the same in terms of iodine content and ratio of iodine/iodide but some tolerate the iodoral better due to stomach upset or simply the ease of using a pill and the taste of the lugols. Either iodoral or lugol's are the preferred types of iodine for the protocol.

Hi Dawn,

I tried doing 3 a day it was hard. It actually caused my throat to feel like I

was choking. As of now my breathing is still not normal. It feels as if someones

is always slightly squeezing my throat or windpipe. It's been worse than that

but this feeling seems permenant. Unless it's the iodoral? I have no idea how I

can survive a surgery. I'd probably stop breathing like I have been suddenly. It

feels scary.

I use Lessmans vitamins, can't afford too many. Since I don't take

magnesium do you suggest something like this or does it have to be as a stand

alone ingredient & pill form?

http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/Pages/Products/pclproductdetail.aspx?Calcium-Magn\

esium-Intensive-Care%e2%84%a2

I'm considering using this.

NAC-500 N ACETYL CYSTEINE 500MG or L-LYSINE 625mg Do you or someone else here

know of the efectiveness of these ingredients? I don't have a clue but someone

said they used one of these for detoxifying.

etyl-Cysteine

May I ask, by any chance do you know if your family members have taken an immune

system supressor? I read that Dr's will surpress the immune sytem with a

medication. I am taking supplements that I think are enhancing it like the

garlic for example.

My husband painted all the areas in my upper back that are hurting with lugols.

I hope I'm not making it worse b/c the pain is sooooo intense right now. I keep

holding my breath. It feels horrible into my shoulder & arm also. I want to go

to the ER but I can't go here in my town. There is a breast surgeon that

humiliated me when I went in with my horrible symtoms. I realized that ER Dr's

are not understanding with someone suffering from severe thyroid symptoms. I had

to go in to a couple ER's because instead of getting better I kept getting worse

& worse to the point of struggling to breathe that my lungs hurt? Yet my oxygen

was fine they looked like they thought I was lying.

I'm so serious I honestly wasn't... I did everything I could not to go back,

taking slow deep breaths. Nothing was working. I had to work at my breathing

otherwise I felt I couldn't breathe. My heart was at a high pulse like in the

80's - 90's. The nurse said that just by looking at me you could tell I was

having anxiety. She said it in a way like if she was accusing me of something

bad. I was in terrible pain from my entire upper back that happend once I was

already in the ER & my legs got so weak I thought I was going to fall. Yet just

b/c my shoulders were a little bit up and not properly aligned she said that's

what it was. I wasn't in a panic mode. What I did do was the breathing in & out

and she didn't even see that part. She was saying that her sister had panic

attacks that she got anxiety just thinking that something was coming on.

I admit I do cry here at home to think that I may have cancer & that it's too

late for me b/c I'm in pain 24/7. My body is telling me something is wrong yet I

don't know what it is & my Dr's don't want to order major tests b/c I don't have

insurance. We are a family of 7 since our income goes over 1000 a month I don't

qualify for medical. My husband gets about 1700 from his unemployment. Our house

payment is $1000 & our van payment another $400+ins.

I know God is my refuge & only he can make it possible for me to be healed by

his own hand or another method, either way it's from him. I wish I had the

knowledge with natural medicine to help myself & my family as much as I can. It

hurts so much to think of dying and not being here for my children. I want to

raise them to love God & others. To be there when they are hurting or just need

to know I'm here for them. They are all special in their own way.

Thank you...

c..it seems that when they were on the lower doses the detox just dragged on and

on when they made the leap to 50 mg and did some extra natural salt they were

able to feel better....now 6 months later and still on 50 mg they are feeling

well and have had the lowest level of antibodies they have had since

diagnosed....by the way they would take the weekend off to give themselves a

break and help with detoxing issues

I had anxiety too, sweating palms, these hot flashes that were like a niacin flush every 20 minutes 24 hours a day. I thought I was going to go insane from lack of sleep during that period. I didn't have the choking so much, swallowing was hard, but I did have this horrible crushing feeling on my chest with a lot of pain and there were times when my breathing would stop for a second and I felt like I wasn't sure if my body could take another breath, it was almost like I had to change my position or do something to force the next breath to happen. It's very scary I was afraid I may have cancer at one point in it too. You really feel like you are dying and all the information on the internet only describes about 1/4 of it. I don't think the doctors have a single clue what you experience they just think we are all crazy. I did find that for some reason taking some Tylenol and aspirin at the same time helped for some reason. Lots of magnesium was the biggest help for all the pain though. I also used homeopathics for the inflammation the one that helped the most was lachesis mutus and belladonna helped.

Hi Dawn,I tried doing 3 a day it was hard. It actually caused my throat to feel like I was choking. As of now my breathing is still not normal. It feels as if someones is always slightly squeezing my throat or windpipe. It's been worse than that but this feeling seems permenant. Unless it's the iodoral? I have no idea how I can survive a surgery. I'd probably stop breathing like I have been suddenly. It feels scary.I use Lessmans vitamins, can't afford too many. Since I don't take magnesium do you suggest something like this or does it have to be as a stand alone ingredient & pill form?http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/Pages/Products/pclproductdetail.aspx?Calcium-Magnesium-Intensive-Care%e2%84%a2I'm considering using this. NAC-500 N ACETYL CYSTEINE 500MG or L-LYSINE 625mg Do you or someone else here know of the efectiveness of these ingredients? I don't have a clue but someone said they used one of these for detoxifying.http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/Pages/Products/pclproductdetail.aspx?NAC-500-N-Acetyl-Cysteinehttp://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/Pages/Products/pclproductdetail.aspx?L-LysineMay I ask, by any chance do you know if your family members have taken an immune system supressor? I read that Dr's will surpress the immune sytem with a medication. I am taking supplements that I think are enhancing it like the garlic for example. My husband painted all the areas in my upper back that are hurting with lugols. I hope I'm not making it worse b/c the pain is sooooo intense right now. I keep holding my breath. It feels horrible into my shoulder & arm also. I want to go to the ER but I can't go here in my town. There is a breast surgeon that humiliated me when I went in with my horrible symtoms. I realized that ER Dr's are not understanding with someone suffering from severe thyroid symptoms. I had to go in to a couple ER's because instead of getting better I kept getting worse & worse to the point of struggling to breathe that my lungs hurt? Yet my oxygen was fine they looked like they thought I was lying. I'm so serious I honestly wasn't... I did everything I could not to go back, taking slow deep breaths. Nothing was working. I had to work at my breathing otherwise I felt I couldn't breathe. My heart was at a high pulse like in the 80's - 90's. The nurse said that just by looking at me you could tell I was having anxiety. She said it in a way like if she was accusing me of something bad. I was in terrible pain from my entire upper back that happend once I was already in the ER & my legs got so weak I thought I was going to fall. Yet just b/c my shoulders were a little bit up and not properly aligned she said that's what it was. I wasn't in a panic mode. What I did do was the breathing in & out and she didn't even see that part. She was saying that her sister had panic attacks that she got anxiety just thinking that something was coming on.I admit I do cry here at home to think that I may have cancer & that it's too late for me b/c I'm in pain 24/7. My body is telling me something is wrong yet I don't know what it is & my Dr's don't want to order major tests b/c I don't have insurance. We are a family of 7 since our income goes over 1000 a month I don't qualify for medical. My husband gets about 1700 from his unemployment. Our house payment is $1000 & our van payment another $400+ins. I know God is my refuge & only he can make it possible for me to be healed by his own hand or another method, either way it's from him. I wish I had the knowledge with natural medicine to help myself & my family as much as I can. It hurts so much to think of dying and not being here for my children. I want to raise them to love God & others. To be there when they are hurting or just need to know I'm here for them. They are all special in their own way.Thank you...~Norma >> some of my family members with autoimmune disease did not feel good on iodine until they went up to 50 mg plus selenium and lots of magnesium and vitamin c..it seems that when they were on the lower doses the detox just dragged on and on when they made the leap to 50 mg and did some extra natural salt they were able to feel better....now 6 months later and still on 50 mg they are feeling well and have had the lowest level of antibodies they have had since diagnosed....by the way they would take the weekend off to give themselves a break and help with detoxing issues

"Lots of magnesium was the biggest help for all the pain though".

Me too.worked like a charm. If I had taken magnesium I would never have needed to have an operation.

But if you end up with a surgeon he'll likely recommend cutting. It's what they do.

Am going to try magnesium chloride oil to see how that works out.All magnesium supplements are not created equal. see "The Magnesium Miracle".by Dr Carolyn Dean

Great book.

It is hard to follow what you are doing here. A list of what you are taking and

when would be of use and a list of your symptoms. Also any test results you

have.

Taking large amounts of iodine without the companion supplements can produce

detox reactions that are painful. Even with the supplements you can have these

reactions and may need to pulse dose the iodine.

Iodine is not a panacea. You need to develop a protocol that matches your

symptoms and abilities.

God bless,

> It was the ER Dr who said I'm hyper, he also reffered me to an

endocrinologist. The endocrinologist also told me not to take the armour. He

mentioned the RAI pill & scan for the next visit. I feel uneasy about it. ...

.... Sounds like a very complicated situation. Many people with hashis feel

worse with lower doses of iodine and it sounds like you are on 25 mg and many

hashis people have trouble on less than 50 mg. Other things you are going

through sound consistent with candida too, but many of them are common with

iodine deficiency. Have you been getting the unrefined salt, good levels of

magnesium and vitamin C? If you have a goiter you need iodine, the question is

how to get what all is going on with you stabilized, so you know how anything

you are taking is effecting you.
