Actually, from what I've learned (I believe the book

" Fit for Life " goes into it), is that distilled water

can not leach any minerals from your body that are

needed by your body. What it might leach from your

body are excess and unnecessary minerals, which

actually helps.

I remember reading that years ago, but I'm just not sure. That's all.

There seems to be disagreement about this issue, and I have an intuitive

sense that changing the nature of water (which " naturally " includes

minerals, but does not " naturally " include pollutants) may be a mistake. Of

course, it " naturally " includes bacteria (in a way), but I'm more than

willing to get rid of that. Sandy
