iodyzyme dosage for protection against radiation?

Hello, While waiting for my iodine and bromide tests I decided to go ahead and

order Iodoral but can't find it anywhere. I was able to find iodyzyme which I

will have in 2 days.

Can anyone tell me how much to take to protect myself from radiation?

Each ½ tablet supplies: 6.25 mg of Total Iodine/Iodide (as 2.5 mg Iodine and

3.75 mg Iodide

Also how long are you all upping your levels for?
