Guest guest Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 I was two iodoral ( 12.5) and 2 prolamine iodine...and that amount caused the heart to drop out...so I'll experiment and see what I can handle...I do have kelp but read the post about arsenic and so I need to find an organic kelp or use the iodoral ...
