Guest guest Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 I have both Magnesium Citrate powder and Magnesium bis-glycinate but I'm not sure which form is better absorbed. I hate taking my Magnesium bis-glycinate because the pills are huge and you have to take 4 of them just to get 100% daily value of magnesium.
