Guest guest
There is substance called Shilajit that is worth exploring. It contains ALL the minerals --including iodine--we are so desperately lacking and also FULVIC Acid. It helped cure Major Depression for me a few years ago. (it was the ONLY substance I was taking at the time) and has kept me at a fairly even keel since. Short article here, http://ezinearticles.com/?Shilajit-Facts---Energy-Medicines-And-Shilajit & id=1134\ 990 and the website is www.rudramani.com. Also, another MAJOR detoxifier is Zeolite. Guest guest
Hi, I understood Shilajit to be the same thing as Fulvic Acid. Fulvic Acid being what we called it in the U.S. I found out that I would need to take the iodine with the Fulvic Acid. Is Shilajit the same as Fulvic or is Shilajit, Fulvic Acid with added iodine. It is interesting to learn of someone who takes Shilajit. I'm glad to hear it has helped you. I want to take Fulvic Acid to cure thyroid nodules as I heard that it has proven to do that. I don't know if that is true though. Jeanne > > There is substance called Shilajit that is worth exploring. Guest guest
Fulvic Acid is a major part of Shilajit, but not all of it. Shilajit is a black tar like substance that oozes out of the cracks in the Himalayan Mountains in the summer. It has been used for 1,000's of years by the people who live there. They saw monkeys eating it and followed suit. It SMELLS and tastes like Bitumen, which is what it is. Decayed plant matter that is millions of years old. I bought some dried Fulvic Acid from a company here in Oz, (Nutri-tech) to put on the soil. It is a fine black powder, and I intended to take it !!!! WOW, was it awful ! LOL ! NO way could you take it like that, so it goes on the garden. However, I was struck with the smell, and it smells like bitumen, also smells like brown coal which we have in incredibly large amounts here in Oz. What a waste to put this incredible substance on the roads ! Anyway, the point of all this is, Shilajit contains about 80 minerals, major and trace minerals, and our soils are depleted of minerals, not just here in Australia, but most of the world. This has happened in the last 100 years, so is it any wonder we are getting sicker ? There is an amazing amount of info on the site I mentioned, and this is a link to Fulvic Acid. The article explains what it is. http://www.nutri-tech.com.au/blog/?p=619 There are a lot of articles on soil health. Something I read years ago about Fulvic Acid which blew my mind, is that it can neutralize just about any toxin, including radioactivity. Anyway, you may want to try it yourself. It certainly helps, and Shilajit is mentioned on a lot of articles I read that it helps just about any ailment ! It's not very expensive, and won't harm, and you get the minerals as well as Fulvic Acid. Beverley , > > I understood Shilajit to be the same thing as Fulvic Acid.
