Anemia screen question

Hi there,

I am not sure where I need to post these blood test results but this morning I

noticed that while my ferritin is good my lymphocytes and neutrophils are off,

so now I wonder what if anything this means.

Neutrophils 44% 2.2 thou/ul range(2.0-7.7)

Lymphocytes 47% 2.3 thou/ul rnage(0.8-4.4)

ferritin 100ng/ml range (10-130)

Iron 165 ug/dl range (42-175)

Transferrin 281 mg/dl range (212-360)

Transferrin IBC 351 ug/dl (313-563)

Trasferrin Saturation 47% (20-50)

Hemoglobin 14.9 gdl (12.0-16.0)

Hematocrit 43.4% (35.0-47.0)

Platelet count 218 thou/ul (140-440)

I guess the question I have is with the neutrophils and lymphocytes off would

that indicate autoimmune thyroiditis because I do have Hashimotos? Or should I

do further testing to see why these are not normal? I am taking 50 mg of Iodoral

every day and taking the companion nutrients as well as 90 mg of NDT.Yesterday I

finally got a confirmation from the RT3 group that I have a RT3 problem and

will need to deal with that. I guess saying " help " would not be out of line

here.
