Vitamin C

I've been taking regular vitamin C tablets as part of the iodine protocol (I

mention that only because of all the recent discussion on LET vitamin C, etc).

I've been taking 1,000 mg at a time, 3 times per day. Should I be taking it all

at the same time, or does it matter as long as I get at least 3,000 mg per day?
