Iodine and HCG diet?

Hello,

If anyone has done the Simeon HCG diet, could you tell me if it is OK or advised

to take Iodine and companion supplements while doing this diet?

It is fine to take the iodine with companion supplements. I would also suggest

you take some supportive herbs for the adrenals. I would strongly suggest,

however, that if you have not already done so to cleanse prior to the diet. As

you will lose weight rapidly, the toxins will be released from your body fat and

if your detox pathways are overloaded you will feel poorly on the diet. You

will also be more likely to regain the weight once you stop the diet.
