Hello ~ I am new to the group and I joined because I have Hashimoto's

thyroiditis. I am hoping some of you may clear up my confusion after reading

bothDr. Kharrazian's and Dr. Brownstein's books. Dr. K. says NO iodine for

Hashi patients and Dr. B. says iodine helps Hashi patients. Aaacckkkkkk! I

don't like conflicting information from the experts! I am wondering what any

of you may know about this question of iodine or no iodine for Hashimoto's

patients...
