Guest guest
I had two thyroid nodules removed a couple of years ago, and was told yesterday that I have another one. I am hypothyroid, and put forth the question on the natural thyroid site about the chicken and the egg. Or, more seriously, my question was " did the hypo cause the nodules, or did the nodules cause the hypo " ? I had a few different responses all suggesting that I might be iodine deficient, and they suggested going to this group for more info. How would I know if I'm low iodine? What do I do for it? I do eat salt, and I do eat leafy green vegetables. Any help would be appreciated. I'm very reluctant to have another nodule removed.
