Guest guest
I tried doing a search in the message database first, but the search brought up too many results and I couldn't seem to narrow it enough to get the results listed. How long does it normally take to see waking temps rise to normal? I haven't taken my waking temp since I was trying to conceive our 2.5 year old, lol, but I had my spreadsheets in my nightstand, so I took a peak at them and low and behold, my coverline temp back then was regularly 97.5!! YIKES! How did I not know this was going on??? I have been on the Lugol's 2% (just got up to about 6 drops) for about two weeks now and today my waking temp was 98.2. That seems much better, although, I don't really know what it was recently, since I haven't taken it in years, lol. Does it need to get to a temp above 98.6 to be considered " normal " ? Would this be an indicator that we are at a reasonable dose to maintain?
