Guest guest Posted April 11, 2010 Report Share Posted April 11, 2010 people with low thyroid have problem to convert beta carotene to vit a.vit a,not beta carotene is needed for for the thyroid gland to absorb iodine. check also vit a Vitamin A intake also influences the thyroid gland in another way.
