Don't take Vitamin A unless you take Vitamin D also. They are needed together

for balance. (And conversely, don't take Vit D without Vit A.) You will end up

with deficiencies if you take one without the other. Many times they come

together, as in from cod liver oil, or cod liver oil directly.
