Guest guest
Hello everyone and greetings from Finland! I have goiters and I haven't got any help from doctors because I have normal blood tests. So, I have tried to learn as much as possible about this illness and found Dr. Brownstein's iodine book. It is not possible to measure iodine here in Finland, so I have ordered a test from Hakala labs and I am waiting for it. It might be stupid to start Iodoral 12.5 mg on my own, but I did so, I have been taking it a couple of days and now I feel, that my thyroid gland is a bit bigger and my heart is racing faster, but I have had palpitations earlier also. Do I take too much or is my thyroid gland graving more? I know I should wait for the test...
