Guest guest Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 i have a question on the ATP cofactors. i'd always read that it's not good to take individual high doses of B vitamins because they work together synergistically. so i'm wondering if this is something recommended just for a short period, or indefinitely. i'm currently taking a multi B supplement which has way lower amounts of the 2 B vitamins in the ATP cofactors; plus i take additional pantothenic acid for my adrenal fatigue. overall, how important is the ATP supplement? thanks susan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
