As long as it is not keeping them up at night muti dosing is not a problem.

Taking entire dose at once?

I have been giving my kids two doses of iodine....should I be giving it to them all at once?I am giving it partly to treat candida overgrowth, so I figured I should give it two or three times daily as an anti-fungal. What do you think?

Why would it keep them up at night?

Well, they're already weird soo...LOL!

Actually, they do seem to be acting a little weird, one in particular. The

other two seem much calmer actually.
