The article states a falsehood Dr.s Quote: " This form contains no alcohol in

its solution unlike all other liquid iodine supplements. By far the best type to

use in my opinion. " (only liquid iodine without alcohol, what the heck is

lugols?) A few others.

•Does not contain inefficient iodide form of iodine (iodide is inefficient?)

I suppose any publicity telling the people of the world they are iodine

deficient is a good thing, but would be nice if it were done accurately, this

man obviously only has half a clue but tries to pretend he has a whole one. ;-)

He sells 1st one and obviously is biased for that reason and his article

reflects this.

Here's more info - there is one comment that bothers me and shows they didn't do their research. Iodide is used by the body. One drop according to them contians 2694 mcg of Purodine (whatever that is). I always get concerned when I see these "funky" names. It should just be Iodine, Iodide, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Iodide. These made up concoctions never tell you quite what they have done to it. Plus $23.95 of .5 oz seems like a lot.

There's an awful lot of psuedoscientific

gobbledygook mixed up in that information. It

sounded like a used car salesman's pitch, or an

old timey Snake Oil peddler. Or maybe a carnival

attraction hawker. (((shudder))) I wouldn't buy

Iodine from that site even if it became the last

place on earth to find it.

Pureodine is a “process” not an ingredient. Below

is some information.

CBN-Labs™

Pureodine™ processed transformative elemental-based nanocolloidal iodine

matrix is the first standardized glycerite mineral product of its kind for

general & specific human/animal use and medicinally directed applications.

The Pureodine™ lab-grade process incorporates the highly proprietary

IHMVHAS™ (Integrated Hydro-Molecular Vortex Hyper Agitation System)

technology that greatly enhances the efficiency and quality standards of the

Pureodine™ lab-grade process.

At

no time is the raw USP grade iodine (derived from all-natural resublimated deep

sea weed sources) used in the Pureodine™ process subjected to direct

contact type of heat, as is typically done, but is instead subjected to an

ambient heat based subliming/liquifying processes. The sublimed/liquified

iodine then goes through an exacting transformative process that modifies the

iodine molecules (explained by way of certain chemical/physics valence-based

theories) to stablize and gentle the intrinsic toxicity of mono elemental

iodine thereby making it suitable for dietary supplement and topical uses. This

means there is no need for using a secondary iodide of iodine (i.e. potassium

iodide) to assist in chemically liquifying the iodine crystals and gentling

(detoxifying) the pure mono elemental iodine. The Pureodine™ process

results in a matrix of elemental iodine that possesses phenomenal bioavailable

qualities where a biological system's utilization of elemental-based iodine is

concerned.

Pureodine™

processed standardized glycerite of transformative nanocolloidal iodine do not

form into salts or precipitates and do not invert. Pureodine™ processed

iodine matrix disperse immediately throughout the body, and is gentle on the

digestive system because it is in a pre-digested transformative bio-available

dietary form and doesn't have to be neutralized and broken down like in-vitro

prepared iodine/iodide products do. Pureodine™ processed transformative

nanocolloidal glycerite of iodine is super-concentrated and highly

bio-absorbable (99+%). This means a smaller dosage may be required than is

typical of other liquid iodine/iodide preparations of similar claimed for

concentrations. This is especially important where dose monitoring for

thyroid/cardio-vascular/endocrine or immune/kidney effects are concerned.

In other words, the

Pureodine™ process changes (i.e. transforms) the state of the specially liquefied iodine

matrix to a non-toxic form of elemental iodine without the addition of a

secondary iodide, with the transformed elemental iodine possessing a greater

percentage of tissue uptake in the body than a typical iodine/iodide mix is

capable of.

In this transformative nanocolloidal state it can safely be converted within the body (in-vivo)

into the various forms of carrier iodines (i.e. combined with calcium, sodium,

potassium, etc.) unique to a body system, where each iodine carrying mineral

complex carries its iodine molecule to the part of the body it has an affinity

for, to enrich those tissues, and where the thyroid is concerned, in a very

quick series of sequences the iodine in the mineral carrier complex is

converted back to mono-elemental iodine then immediately recombined, as an

essential mineral element, with special protein configurations to form the

thyroid hormones T-3 and T4. The same thing happens wherein elemental iodine is

combined with certain proteins to become the recently studied anti-cancer

agents that are one of the naturally occurring immunity factors of the body...

provided tissue levels of iodine is amply present in the body. This is a first ever for an elemental based iodine

matrix preparation. (Note that this iodine is devoid of any impurity and/or REDOX factors

evidenced by its honeyish orange amber color. Also, a simple starch blot test

(that turns the iodine purple) will show the presence of 'elemental' iodine in

the product.)

Dr. Group, GHC CEO/owner, is the doctor that helped me heal

from stage 3 colon cancer almost ten years ago. The only conventional treatment I had

was surgery to have the tumor removed and then one month of chemo that landed

me in the hospital with severe dehydration. That experience caused me to realize

that conventional medicine treatment is not geared to “cure” but to

“maintain” and with conventional cancer treatment if they can “maintain”

you for 5 years then you are considered a cancer-success story even if you die

five days after that 5 year mark. I

wanted to get well so I began to research alternative medicine cancer treatment

and ended up at GHC. I know that

Dr. Group would welcome any respectful and sincere comments on his blog. He has helped a lot of people to get

well using true natural medicine…He is very knowledgeable and very

serious about his work. I know this

“from personal experience.”

I also know him well enough to know that he will read every comment.

I don’t know what type of results people are getting

with Detoxadine, so I cannot comment.

I do know that many do get good results from other forms of iodine but

some do not. One person on another

forum indicates good results using nascent iodine and potassium iodide. Possibly the reason that others are

looking at solutions that use other forms of iodine is because of the

detoxification symptoms that can occur with Lugols/Iodoral. It scares people – especially those

that have to be their own practitioner and thus have no real support. It is also quite possible that people

using these other forms with success are not as deficient in iodine. We may find that Lugols/Iodoral are the “big

guns” needed for those with cancer, no thyroid or other very severe

disease and products such as nascent iodine, potassium iodide, Xodine, etc. will

work well for those not as deficient.

I’m not stating this as any type of a fact, but only as a possibly

theory.

I know all the arguments/research about the “need”

for the iodine/iodide combination and have studied this quite extensively. I

also know, from actual experience with clients, there is almost always more

than one way to achieve a specified end result. I deeply, deeply respect Dr. Brownstein’s

work just as I also respect the work of others who are getting good results

using a “version” of his research. The most important thing is that people

must continue to research, read, ask questions and then find what works “for

them.” None of us are clones,

there is no one-size-fits-all in natural medicine and what specifically works

for one may or may not work for another.

I doesn't seems surprising that people would not have any bad responses on a product that is only 800 mcg per drop though. I think that is the primary issue with these types of iodine vs. Iodoral and lugols. I doubt most people would ever even reach sufficiency for their thyroid let alone the rest of the body. I was just listening to part of one of Dr. Brownstein's talks on video and had one of the DUH moments LOL. He was talking about the radioactive iodine uptake scans and that they require the thyroid to be deficient to a certain level in iodine otherwise the thyroid can't uptake any of their toxic iodine. So the fact the RAI is the basic test for every kind of suspected thyroid dysfunction seen in ultrasound tells me a large segment of the population is not just deficient, but critically deficient, to the point where they don't even have the 3% of iodine that makes up the thyroid's percentage of overall body sufficiency.

It is scary to think that a large portion of the population has less than 3% of the iodine the body truly wants. It's even scarier that many doctors would like to keep it that way because if everyone had a thyroid full of iodine one of their favorite testing methods would become completely obsolete. The silly part is the thyroid disease they are testing for would likely become obsolete as well. How in the word can someone even come close to reaching whole body sufficiency with anything other than a product that can give them the higher milligram doses of iodine? Some people may feel better getting enough iodine for their thyroid to function ok, and their weight to regulate etc. and go about their business, but then no one pays attention to iodine when that same person ends up with breast cancer or prostate cancer, because they never pushed through to full body sufficiency and stayed at a level to maintain that sufficiency, but simply settled for the thyroid functioning normally.
