Guest guest
hi everyone, i am also a new member. I read some of the protocals and have been on iodoral for 4 months now. I started with 12.5 and build myself to 50 at which point i started using the vitamins and the selenium along with it. Anyhow, when i increased my dose to 50 and added all the other vitamins salt and selenium, i started feeling highy dehidrated. To a point where my vision is getting blurry at times. Has anyone experience this? i been on 50 mg for like 3 weeks now. I am also finding myself tired more and more often. My period also became alot longer than it has ever been before. Your input is appreciated. thanks
Guest guest
If it were me, I would decrease my Iodoral and increase my salty water and magnesium.~WOn Thu, Apr 8, 2010 at 6:48 PM, Kamilya Napoli <zabinarey@...> wrote: hi everyone, i am also a new member. Guest guest
My personal take is, if you are low on progesterone and start the higher iodine levels, the iodine exacerbates the low prog issue (extended periods, etc.) Get your sex hormones balanced and you'll feel alot better IMO. > > > > > > > hi everyone, > > i am also a new member. Guest guest
The week before my HM I was getting hydrated in the ER every few days. I just went when my urine got to be a gross colour or I was dizzy, etc . It is definitely not a perfect solution but for me it was a good temporary fix until surgery.... Guest guest
Hi Stu, I'm sorry that you are at this point. I have no tips for you, but can commiserate. I was in the same boat last week and went to an Urgent Care center for an IV. If you can't get fluids down, that's probably what you will have to do. I ended up having a BoTox injection on Wednesday to get me through until I can schedule surgery. I had not even considered BoTox as a treatment option, but I was getting weak and dizzy and needed to do something quickly. Good luck and I hope things improve for you! Take care, > > > > > > ...
