Guest guest
I actually did the UCP cleanse for the first time in December 2004. I started on 12/4. I had an issue with the food elimination part I think over Christmas (dinner specifically) because there were some things that weren't allowed yet. I got a really bad cold about 3 weeks into it. It is common to get sick when doing a detox of this manner (according to my DC/ND who had me do it) because so many toxins are being released. Knowing what I do now I would probably add some sauna time, salt baths and Vit C to help. I took nothing. My detox paths were really compromised since I had had 2 RAI's at this point and my diet was horrible. But I did start feeling better about 2 weeks into it (sickness aside). I had a shoulder that was so sore that it hurt to reach back to the kids in the car. 2 weeks into it the pain was almost totally gone. Steph Re: Bio Balance Cleanse How was your energy level while doing the Ultra Clear? I know this is a crazy time of year to do this but that is what I am thinking of doing- then I won't be able to eat junk.Pat>> Wow I wish I would have lost 10 lbs. There hasn't been any cleanse other than the Ultra Clear Plus from Metagenics where I lost 10-15 lbs on a 28 day detox. I never finished the cleanse you are talking about - it's the packets of goo you mix with water right? I figured out after the fact that they were soy based and I have a high reaction to soy and when I took 2 or 3 of them I started to hurt all over so I quit. I never finished it. I remember forwarding links to the promoters site that talked about weight loss but it wasn't me that lost it - because I never really did it. Sorry.> > I don't remember anything about that cleanse to tell you what is recommended but I can tell you in general that people stop all the things they are taking when doing a formal cleanse with a product that induces / supports the cleanse.> > Steph> > >
Guest guest
Cleanses should not be used for weight loss. You'll only be disappointed because that weight comes back in a matter of a few days. All that your loosing is what your intestines are compacted with and water gain.Google your question and you'll find out. from IllinoisFrom: ladybugsandbees <ladybugsandbees@...>iodine Sent: Sat, December 4, 2010 7:44:05 AMSubject: Re: Re: Bio Balance Cleanse I actually did the UCP cleanse for the first time in December 2004.
