Help with friend who just found out husband has colon cancer

With a heavy heart I am asking for any suggestions and I will put them forth for

a very dear friend and brother in Christ that has just found out he has colon

cancer. I am encouraging them to get on here and they probably will.

He had an appendix burst and that was removed just a few day before

Thanksgiving- a couple days ago they brought him into the office and told him

they found a polyp that is cancerous and will be doing a scope on the 20th and

will probably shortly after be taking a third of the colon out. They are willing

to try " other things " but this whole alternative realm is new to them. Yesterday

he took 100 of iodine and salt/ vit C ect with no apparent side effects. I have

read about Naltrexone but do not know if this is prescription only and of course

Vit C. - how much should he take.

This is breaking my heart and I am praying the Lord to help and asking what

you guys think and especially and anyone who has dealt with success in

this area. They have told them they think it is caught early. We thank God for

his appendix bursting otherwise we would be in the dark. He is one of the

sweetest/ godliest men I have known and this is a hard blow but we have faith in

the good things God has made and his grace is sufficient.
