Sage,My name is I have been iodoral for a year and I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. I started to see an onocologist and still waiting for my test results. No big deal because I know Idoral makes me feel so much better but my sleep issues can be because I was on Ambein CR for so long. I have had 3 spine surgeries. My L5 S1 is a prothesis and I'm in pain 24/7 so this is what the regular docs have been treating me for. I'm not too sure myself if I should of taken this med since I since I still don't sleep and have issues with this big time. Please don't rely on a pill for sleeping. It creates more problems than what it can help. I didn't sleep for 7 days a few months back and I was in a state of hallucinations. Nor good and scared the crap out of me.I take my dose

at 5:00 am in morning. 50mgs. I also have crohn's disease and celiac 'sdisease. What we eat has a big thing to on how food impact's our bodies. from IllinoisFrom: Sage <hummingbirdsage0591@...>iodine Sent: Wed, December 1, 2010 10:46:00 PMSubject: Sleeplessness ATP ? ?

Has anyone had insomnia or been sleepless due to ATP? I've noticed I haven't been sleeping very well at all since starting the iodine except if I work really hard and then basically am totally out. I'm wondering if taking the 2nd dose is keeping me up ALL NIGHT. I'm not wired are anything like that in fact very peaceful I just can't sleep and sometimes barley before sunrise. I have always been careful with B vitamins for that reason but some of them are very calming. Can B2 and B3 be that stimulating. I've been taking my second one at 5 or 6 p.m.

Thanks

Sage

Hi Sage,Are you taking a second dose of iodine at 5 or 6 pm, or just the ATP? Iodine does stimulate your system. Most people take it only in the morning, but if two doses are taken, it is recommended not to take it after 2 PM just for that reason, it can keep you awake. Try switching to taking it early in the day. Donna in IL From: iodine [mailto:iodine ] On Behalf Of SageSent: Wednesday, December 01, 2010 10:46 PMiodine Subject: Sleeplessness ATP ? ? what has helped me to sleep is thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones.

Hi Donna,

Only taking Iodoral upon awakening. Taking ATP in the morning and dinner (ish)

time.

Since it says to take 2 times a day I thought this would be correct. I'm just

wondering if that is what is keeping me up. Thanks Donna
