I said "possible" because I don't know of any scientific studies.

My source for this opinion is N.W. Waler, D. Sc. "Fresh Vegetiable

and fruit Juices" 1970. He's the man who invented the Norwalk

juicer. His argument made sense to me. And there are just too many

wonderful, healthy foods with oxalates to forgo. :)
