Yea Maz!We love to hear the stories! Does your doctor know what you are doing? It would be good for you to share with him, and maybe the specialist also. They might not believe it, but then again, it may put the bug in their ear as to real solutions to those kinds of problems! Donna in IL Sorry if this is a little TMI but I just have to share my success. I have PCOS and usually ovulate CD28 or later, or not at all which makes conceiving difficult and unlikely. This month, after 3 weeks on liquid iodine, I ovulated CD11 which is a small miracle. The side effects I complained of earlier left after I resumed iodine again although the twinges in my ovaries continue. Sometimes it actually feels as though things are popping down there.Last month I also had no PMS, which I credit to iodine. I have an appointment with a specialist booked because my Doc and I suspected PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) because I would be severely depressed in the two weeks before that time of the month, but I now feel this might not be necessary. Yay!I also put one drop of iodine in my pets' water twice over the last week, and it might be my imagination, but my hyper, irritable cat does seem rather more happy and contented.Question, my bottle of iodine says 25g/L, does that mean it is a 2.5% solution and 20 drops (1ml) is 25mg? I am taking 10 drops 2x day. Thanks to the people who offered help and support in response to my pp,Maz

Great news, Maz :)

Someone else is going to have to answer your question about quantity of

iodine in a drop based on the info from your Lugol's label.
