You will detox as you add iodine and you could put yourself into quite a detox with that amount. Start slowly and increase as you can. You will know how your body is doing. If you do muscle test, be sure to ask what can my body handle without sending me into a major detox. What a person needs and what a person can handle are often 2 different things.
