Guest guest
I have been unable to go onto regular iodine supplementation because of such severe detox symptoms. The only B2 and B3 that I have had is the small amount in a daily multi-vitamin. Would taking a larger amount of B2 and B3 help with regard to the severity of the detox symptoms? Also what would be the recommended amount of B2 B3 to take daily with iodine?
Guest guest
multivits are often very poor quality. Most important to get the right quality at the right dose. You may need to buy them seperately.
