Chlorinated pools and Iodoral

How much extra Iodoral is recommended when swimming in a chlorinated pool? I'm currently on 50 mg of Iodoral daily (along with ATP Co-factors) after having had my iodine level tested by one of the Iodine labs. I'm new to the group and don't know if this topic has already been discussed. Thanks.
