Guest guest
Rashelle.... You mentioned that the body wrap kit helps scarring? Does it matter how old the scars are? I had a double mastectomy when I was 16....so my scars are over 15 years old.....to me they are terrible and have been looking for years for something to help.... Guest guest
Hi again Cecilia, The entire Body Wrap system has been known to help with scarring and stretch marks. I am actually working with my herbalist on a pure scar cream. She has tested it for about ten years now with terrific results and I have total trust in her so I am going to have some testing done right away. I like to include only products in my line that show results quite quickly to keep the motivation up, so I want to know that it will be as good as everything else I carry. I am pretty fussy about what I am willing to put my name on. I want to be sure I always live up to the trust that everyone so has so generously placed in me. Guest guest
Rashelle, Wow, I did not know that the body wrap helps with scars. My skin heals really well over time, but if this will help my latest c-section scar disappear faster, that is really exciting. Now I am more anxious than ever for my order to arrive. My local post office is notoriously slower than average. Gail VW Rashelle Haines wrote: Hi again Cecilia,The entire Body Wrap system has been known to help with scarring and stretch marks. Guest guest
Hi , Most of the people who have reported to me directly had some pretty old scars. I know my stretch marks were from my first baby which is 34 years ago, so that tells you something. I started using the Body Wrap products about 9 years ago and they were gone pretty quickly, so I was saying goodbye to stretch marks that had been sitting on my hips for about 25 years. That is pretty old stuff. If you understand the principles behind the way the products you understand that they are basically creating brand new healthy skin cells, so it just makes sense that any old stuff would be gone down the drain, literally. It is a bit complicated, but I trained with a cosmetic chemist for many years so it makes perfect sense to me. In creating the system I picked ingredients that would stimulate, increase circulation, break down and release toxins from the fat cells as well as nourishing underlying cells to replace old skin layers. All in all, I was determined to provide the best possible ingredients to give us all the best possible results. I find that many people who put together programs have no real training in fitness, health or beauty, they rely on the fact that perhaps they just look good and maybe they are a good sales person and that is the end of the picture. I have spent the past 30 plus years of my life studying the human body and all things related to health and beauty, the results are a program that actually delivers what we all want. Me included. Actually, I am my best customer. I don't think anyone loves these products as much as I do. LOL. Let me know if I can do anything else to help you. Guest guest
Hi Abby, If the spots are on your face then I would say that either the masking products or the Intensive Mag C gel, (the vitamin C serum) would be the choice for this problem. I have an entire system for those with acne so if you want to look at that I like to work with your privately to be sure we are getting you the best for your personal problem. My baby sister and her children have been wonderful to test these products as well as a teenage boy who lives near me. They all say these are the only products that have worked for them. It is a very inexpensive system as well, which is always nice. Take care, Rashelle Be sure to check out all of the great specials available on my web sites. Guest guest
My friend had a horrible burn from a propane back-blast (2 & 3rd over 48% of her body). The docs at the burn hosp told her to get Tea Tree Oil to help with the scarring and to help the skin to heal more smoothly where the skin graphs were (are?). She was also told to keep cool wet cloths on the burn. I just called her, she was told also, that antibacterial " ointment " will help to minimize the scarring. And don't get in the sun - *OUCH* - she said! Hope your sweetie does well. Karyn Well, I used to have this information....unfortunately had a computer illness and all is gone. Advice re: scars from a burn......my dear sweetie managed a second degree burn (in service of making a lovely supper for me). It is a scald and is coming along but still covered and part of it continues to be open. Suggestions for oils and how to use them to minimize scarring? Thanks. Guest guest
This may or may not be what she needs, Edith. But Kombucha tea is said to soften hardening of the arteries. (Just mentioning it; not really making a claim for anything.) Although it Is slowly turning my hair back to original color. I've been drinking approx 1 quart a day for 6 months. The doctor does > not know what to do. Any suggestions? Probably the best method to eliminate scar tissue is the use of Systemic Enzymes, meaning taken between meals/on an empty stomach. The newer formulations that contain serrapeptase and/or nattokinase should work wonders. Serrapeptase is found in Vitalzyme, and both serrapeptase and nattokinase are part of the Proteolytic Enzyme formula by Jon Barron. Both of these formulas are believed to be superior to the old standby, Wobenzyme. I'm hoping that more of these will come on the market and bring the high price down. Is your hair going from grey to original color? Or from --say-- brown to blonde? I'm always interested in what changes grey hair to other colors. thanks. Guest guest
My understanding is that melanin, used to color the hair, is produced in a healthy intestine, and that we (most of us) lose the ability to produce it with age, and other insults to digestion. Kombucha heals this particular area.- so they say-and so it appears- after about 4 months I see lots of new brn and bl, besides the grey and dark grey. Guest guest
The last time I had wrist surgery, I was told to use Vit. E creme or hand lotion and gently massage around the scar to help break down the scar tissue. They advised this, especially since this was the third surgery in the exact location. I imagine the same thing would apply to any new scar tissue, but you would have to get someone with gentle hands to do the back side of you, since it would be difficult to do yourself. Llweyn Scars 's post regarding her scars prompted this question. I guess most of us scoliosis patients have that long vertical striped scar running down our spines. (No bikinis for us female scoli patients.) It sounds as though revision surgery will just add further " designs " . Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done about scarring, especially the newer scars? Robin Who is not very optimistic about the answer to her question, but you never know.
