Guest guest
When things like this get ignored it is probably because no one has experienced it. One of the things that people tend to do is to blame Iodine for everything they notice or experience when it may be totally unrelated. The only way to know is to stop taking it for a few days and see if it clears up and then start taking it again and see if it returns. Fwd: Everything Tastes Bitter I am sending this again since I got no response since yesterday. This has got me worried since I just started adrenal supps. which gave me so much more energy. And the bitter taste after all I eat is a new symptom. And Thanksgiving is coming in two days! Thanks. Ali Everything I eat today tastes bitter. Is this a symptom of something?I have been having adrenal problems.Thank you,Ali
Guest guest
Not even just iodine. Sounds like multiple supplements were started. If so, it could be one supplement or a combination of them. That is always the danger of starting more than one new thing - you don't always what is helping or what might be causing the problem. But it is also hard sometimes to introduce only one new thing at a time. Good Luck. Guest guest
I don't blame iodine. But recent changes made me curious of either it being adrenal failureor copper toxicity.I have many of the copper tox. symptoms. And recently, I quit caffiene.Usually, I feel better when I quit, but this time I felt worse. That says to me my adrenals have had enough stress. Then I got better, more energy from adrenal supprt & then the bitter taste began.Go figure!Thank youAliWAIT!I just googled "why does everything taste bitter? And found thishttp://www.hyam.net/blog/archives/60I had pine nuts just a few days ago, from the health food store, none the less! This is my answer.Interestingly, it happens because pine nuts from China are oxidized, and my Chinese acupuncturist told me to eat them!A true AHA moment. On Nov 23, 2010, at 11:24 AM, ladybugsandbees wrote:When things like this get ignored it is probably because no one has experienced it.
