I'm Tamra. I'm relatively new to the group. I have multi-nodular thyroid,

fibromyalgia, and fibrocystic breasts all of which I'm hoping iodine

will help. At 1pm yesterday I put 2% iodine in a 2" square on the

bottom of my right foot. It stayed most of the day and began to fade

around 7pm. In the morning before putting the iodine on my skin I took

my usual supplements: The first 5 are in a combo gel cap by Carlson called ACES:Vit A (beta carotene 10,000 iu)Vit C (1,000 mg)Vit E (d-alpha tocopherol 400 iu)selenium (l-selenomethionine 100 mcg) calcium ascorbate (100 mg)other supplements I take throughout the day:Multi B Complex(in morning)Alpha Lipoic Acide (150 mg, in morning)Vitamin D3 (1,000 iu, in morning)magnesium malate (465 mg, 2x day) fish oil (2x day) milk thistle (2x day)MSM (3,000 mg, 2x day)L-lysine (1,000 mg, 3x day) 5-htp (100 mg, 3x day)Source Naturals Essential digestive enzymes (4x day)Ativan (1 mg, 2x day)magnesium citrate (100 mg at night)Low Dose Naltrexone (4.5 mg at night)Melatonin (1.5 mg at night)Ambien (10 mg at night)Well, I think that's it!I

believe I need another 100 mcg of selenium before I start taking

Iodoral or Lugols (haven't decided which one yet). Is there anything

I'm missing? I don't want to mess up and cause more damage to my

thyroid. I'm going to do another skin application to my lower stomach

today at 1pm. Any helpful comments would be so much appreciated as I begin this new journey toward what I hope will be better health. Thank you all! Tamra in Gilroy
