Guest guest
Hi, I imagine that these questions have been answered before but bear repeating I hope.I will do my first-ever iodine loading test on Sunday. Flechas site says no iodine containing supps 24 - 48 hours in advance. So, does this mean that I can still take my usual Iodoral dose and my usual multi which contains some iodine on Saturday morning...that would be 24 hours in advance?Should I take the companion nutrients the day of the test? I have just received them and started on them past few days even though I have been taking Iodoral many months.Should I use the salt loading? Again I have just started doing this.Looking at the form, I see they offer testing for bromide spot and bromide loading, fluoride spot and loading also. Any advice on these? Has anyone had them test for heavy metals? Thanks for the help!AnnBegin forwarded message:From: "Bruce P" <bruce@...>Date: January 21, 2010 1:58:31 PM GMT-05:00<iodine >Subject: Re: Re: list of supplements, salt loadingReply-iodine They should change that page.Iodine min 12mg/ not 25.selenium is a must have.Salt for bromide detox if/when needed, and good for health overall.atp cofactors goes to a page with no reference/no link to that, just "featured supplements", vrp main page. Not being picky, but this would be confusing to anyone.lolshoot meBruce>> Actually the iodine protocol supplements are at the bottom of this page:>> http://www.naturalthyroidchoices.com/IodineSuppl.html>>
