I didn't do my first loading test until 1 1/2 years into taking it. You only have to stop for 48 hours before the test.

Steph,I never did an iodine loading test. When I found this forum it was after my doctor had told me to take iodine so I just kept on. I've been taking 50 mgs daily with the supporting supplements for over 2 years, with breaks occasionally.I have hashi's and for the last couple years periodic high liver enzymes. Doing a liver detox diet now.Should I do iodine loading/bromide testing now? If so, should I stop taking Iodoral for a while first?
